About Me

I am a certified life coach with experience working with a diverse range of clients, guiding them to navigate personal and professional challenges, particularly in areas of lack of confidence, leadership, work-life balance, and career transitions. My approach integrates life coaching with an understanding of diversity, recognizing that each person’s journey is shaped by their unique background, experiences, and values. My approach is rooted in both life coaching principles and an understanding of how diversity shapes individual experiences. I have worked with clients from various backgrounds, guiding them in areas such as career transitions, confidence building, leadership, work-life balance, and overcoming self-doubt. My ongoing professional development ensures that I bring the most effective and inclusive coaching strategies to each session.

My career has been dedicated to fostering inclusivity and transformation within organizations. Over the years, I have focused on the importance of diversity — not just as a buzzword, but as a powerful catalyst for innovation, growth, and connection. I firmly believe that when organizations embrace diverse perspectives and experiences, they unlock untapped potential, leading to stronger teams, greater creativity, and enhanced performance.

In my professional journey, I have worked extensively in helping organizations navigate the complexities of change.   • Master’s degree in Diplomatic Studies/International Politics from the University of Pretoria – with a focus of Gender in International Politics.
